Federal Judge green-lights lawsuit against Donald Trump for inciting riot at Kentucky campaign rally

A Federal Judge gave his permission for a lawsuit against Donald Trump and his 2016 presidential campaign to go forward, ruling it is plausible that Trump incited to a riot when he told people at a rally in Kentucky to act against three people who were protesting peacefully.

According to CNN, after Trump said "get 'em out of here" to his followers, two men, including a white nationalist, shoved, and physically and verbally abused Kashiya Nwanguma, an African American woman who was protesting peacefully in the March 1, 2016 rally.

The violence used against her can be seen in video recorded by CNN.

Also attacked by Trump supporters after his "get 'em out of here" remark were Molly Shah and Henry Brousseau, who were also protesting peacefuly.

District Judge David Hale not only ruled Trump plausibly incited to a riot, given the fact that white nationalists were at his rally, but he also denied the Trump campaign's motions to dismiss or strike portions of the complaint from the protesters.

"At this early stage of the case, the court finds most of the plaintiffs' claims to be sufficient," the Judge said, meaning there was sufficient evidence for the case to go forward.
