Two days ago Donald Trump actually encouraged police nationwide to use brutality against people being arrested because "they're animals", even though an arrest is not a sentence and an arrested person could very well be innocent.

Well, so far several police departments across the country have defied Trump and responded they will not use brutality.

DAY 189: DUMB: Trump doesn't know how the filibuster works

This morning Donald Trump tweeted the following in regards to his failure to repeal and replace Obamacare, only blaming the Republican Senators for his own failure:

Turns out the one who ended up looking like a fool because of his ignorance of the legislative process. You see, Trump's own repeal and replace of Obamacare didn't need 60 votes, but a simple 51 vote majority. And Trump couldn't even get that because his Trumpcare plan was a disaster.

DAY 188: TRUMP LOSES AGAIN: Skinny Obamacare repeal fails and Russia sanctions will be signed

Donald Trump lost for the third time in a row on his attempt at repealing Obamacare. This time Republicans in the Senate, including John McCain, voted against the so-called "skinny repeal", which would've repealed only some of the key parts of the Affordable Care Act, such as the individual mandate, pre-existing conditions and essential benefits.

Three Republican Senators voted against it, with McCain delivering the final and decisive vote against the repeal, for a 49-51 vote on the third Republican attempt at repealing Obamacare.

Boy Scouts apologize for Trump's stupid speech

On July 24 Donald Trump went to the Boy Scout Jamboree, a tradition held by American presidents. But instead of delivering a speech actually related to the Boy Scouts (that is, to kids no older than teenagers), Trump went on an egotistic rant about attacking his political opponents, on how he won the election, and about partying on yatchs.

Originally I did not make an entry about this because I thought the incident was too stupid to even bother with it.

Until today.

Because today, the Boy Scouts apologized to its members for Trump's stupid remarks.

DAY 187: Scaramucci proves to be an even bigger idiot than Spicer. Twice. In a day.

Oh this all too entertaining. Not even a week into his new post as White House communications director, Anthony Scaramucci just proved to be a bigger idiot than Sean Spicer was. Twice. In the same day.

First, "Mooch" tweeted an apparent threat against White House Chief of Staff Rience Priebus because Mooch though Priebus leaked one of his financial forms to the press. The form proved Scaramucci was going to make a lot of money off the company he sold in order to be a White House official. Mooch basically asked Priebus to prove it wasn't him the one who leaked the form.

Turned out the form was obtained by Politico through legal channels, as the form was public to begin with.

DAY 185: Trump loses hard: Trumpcare fails as 9 Republican Senators voted against it

Donald Trump lost hard in the Senate today, as he was able to get away with voting to debate the repeal and replacement of Obamacare by one vote (Mike Pence's, who had to break the 50-50 tie), but when it came the time to vote on the actual repeal and replacement plan -that is, on Trumpcare- nine GOP Senators voted against it, dealing a crushing defeat to Trump, with 43 votes in favore of Trumpcare and 57 votes against it.

After that vote, the Senate can still vote on amendments to the bill that might not pass the House, or a simple repeal, but three Republican Senators have already said publicly they would not vote in favor of a simple repeal.

Trump's re-election campaig spent $600,000... on Trump properties

According to Wired, Donald Trump's re-election campaign has already spent $600,000 dollars (yes, over half a million) on Trump properties.

From the Wired article:

According to the Trump campaign's self-reported FEC filings, this has amounted to about $600,000 spent at Trump-owned properties in just the first six months of his presidency.

Nearly $400,000 of that campaign money went to rent at Trump Tower, with $90,000 going to the The Trump Corporation for "legal consulting," nearly $60,000 to the Trump International Golf Club, $15,000 to the Trump International Hotel in DC, and about $1,700 to Trump-brand bottled water, among various payments. And that's just the money that went to businesses in which Trump has a personal role. The Trump campaign has spent a total of $10 million in the last six months; any shell companies and subsidiaries of other Trump-owned businesses that may have gotten a piece of that don't have to be disclosed.

DAY 181: Sean Spicer resigns and gets replaced with Scaramucci, who used to bash Trump

So it finally happened. Sean Spicer resigned from the Trump administration after six months as the main liaison between the White House and the media. Why did Spicer resign? Because Trump wanted Anthony Scaramucci to be the new White House communications director and Spicer did not agree with Trump picking him for the job.

What's ironic about this is the fact that Scaramucci used to bash Donald Trump, calling him a hack, among other things, as early as August of 2015, before the Republican primaries. AND he said it on Fox News:

The New York Times facts checks Trump's interview; He lied about Shinzo Abe's wife

After the New York Times published an interview with Donald Trump, they actually fact checked his answers. Turns out Trump lied several times.

One of the most notorious of his lies was saying Shinzo Abe's wife, Akie Abe, does not speak English "not even hello." Turns out not only Akie Abe does speak English, as it is part of her education at a catholic school in Japan, but she's also a former radio DJ, so there was no reason for Trump to say he couldn't talk to her because of language.

Why is this relevant? Because of the following:

Trump and Kobach lie about false "voter fraud" but end up backfiring

Both, Donald Trump and Kris Kobach blatantly lied today, insisting on Trump's bullshit story about Hillary Clinton winning the popular vote because of a non-existent "voter fraud."

TRUMP LOSES: Tries to repeal and delay Obamacare, but it also failes

So today the Republicans tried one last, desperate attempt at repealing Obamacare in the Senate. Since they did not have the votes to repeal and replace Obamacare with Trumpcare, Trump told them to propose a Repeal and Delay tactic in which the Senate would repeal Obamacare and not propose anything to replace it until a later date. Trump claimed that way the Democrats would be forced to negotiate.

But the plan backfired. Three Republican senators openly said they would vote against the plan, since a simple repeal without replacement would leave 32 million people without health insurance and premiums would double. As a result, the Repeal and Delay plan failed.
