DAY 280: Tourism is losing billions because of Donald Trump

According to Forbes, the tourism industry in the United States is lonsing billions of dollars because of Donald Trump.

This is because of what Forbes calles the "Trump Slump", which is a decrease in tourists to the United States that began roughly a week after Trump took office.

Guess what triggered the "Trump Slump"? According to Forbes:

Hours before going into effect, a Federal Judge in Hawaii blocked Donald Trump's third attempt at a Muslim ban.

The Muslim ban was blocked by the same Judge that has blocked Trump's previous version of the ban.

Trump issues yet another racist Muslim ban, but adding North Korea for camouflage

Donald Trump issued today a third Muslim ban, only this time he tried to disguise it by adding North Korea to the list.

According to The New York Times, the the Muslim Ban 3.0 adds most of the countries in the original Muslim ban, but withe addition of North Korea and sanctions for Venezuela and Irak, making it very difficult to allow their citizens to travel to the US and impossible to become permanent residents.

DAY 180: TRUMP LOSES AGAIN: Supreme Court upholds block to Trump's Muslim ban restrictions

Remember how a federal court in Hawaii blocked the White House's rule banning grandparents, grandchildren, cousins, uncles, aunts, nephews and nieces from being declared "close family" for the purpose of the Muslim ban? Well, the Supreme Court today upheld the federal court's ruling.

The Supreme Court left in place the restriction for refugees who are being helped by resettlement agencies, however, but that will only last until october.

DAY 175: TRUMP LOSES: Judge strikes down Muslim ban's restriction on grandparents

A federal court in Hawaii ruled that the Trump administration's prohibition in the temporary Muslim ban on grandparents and extended family, such as cousins, is unconstitutional.

According to The New York Times:

A federal judge in Hawaii ruled late Thursday that the Trump administration’s temporary ban on travelers from six predominantly Muslim countries and on refugees should not prevent grandparents and other close relatives of residents from entering the United States.

The judge, Derrick K. Watson of Federal District Court in Honolulu, also declared that refugees with ties to a resettlement agency that was committed to receiving them had a relationship that made them eligible to enter the country.

DAY 161: Trump defies Supreme Court on Muslim ban and applies arbitrary guidelines

In a clearly wrong application of the Supreme Court's orders, the Trump administration issued conflicting guidelines on how to enforce the requirement of having "close family" ties to people in the six countries in Donald Trump's Muslim ban.

The guideliness will consider "close family", and thus grant entry, to parents, spouses, children and stepchildren, but not to grandparents nor to aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and fiances.

DAY 158: Trump celebrates Supreme Court Muslim ban "victory" that isn't

The Supreme Court announced today it will hear the case by the Trump Administration asking to suspend the block to its illegal Muslim ban. The court will hear arguments on the case and possibly rule on it in October. As a result, the SC agreed to partially allow a limited version of the ban until it rules on it.

The SC order will allow the Trump administration to apply the Muslim ban only to people with no proven ties or business with the United States. But it will not allow the Trump administration to apply the muslim ban to people who are already living in the US, who "have a credible claim of a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States." Which means the muslim ban does not apply to people who have family, business dealings, medical dealings, or educational dealings with the US.

Donald Trump said immediately after that was “a clear victory for our national security.” The thing is, it is far from a victory for Trump. This is why:

DAY 144: TRUMP LOSES: Second appeals court upholds block on Muslim ban

A second appeals court -the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals- upheld the block from a Hawaii federal court to Donald Trump's Muslim ban. According to CNBC, the court concluded Trump's Muslim ban exceeded his authority and it is discriminatory.

In its opinion, the 9th Circuit said it concluded that Trump "exceeded the scope of the authority delegated to him by Congress." The judges also wrote that Trump's order violates provisions that "prohibit nationality-based discrimination and require the president to follow a specific process when setting the annual cap on the admission of refugees."

DAY 137: Trump contradicts his own staff about his Muslim ban and lies about vacant posts

Several times Sean Spicer and other members of Donald Trump's staff denied Trump's Muslim ban was a "travel ban", but today, Trump went on a Twitter diarrhea admiting is IS a travel ban:

DAY 126: TRUMP LOSES: Appeals court refuses to reinstate Muslim ban

An federal appeals court in Richmond, Virginia, refused to reinstate Donald Trump's travel ban, as it discriminates on the basis of religion.

According to The New York Times, the case will likely go to the Supreme Court, where Republicans now have a 5 to 4 majority with the addition of Neil Gorsuch, who is seen as a replica of Antonin Scalia, the ultraconservative Justice who died last year.

Jeff Sessions insulted Hawaii calling it "an island in the Pacific" in a derogatory way

Donald Trump's Attorney General Jeff Sessions insulted Hawaii by calling it "an island in the Pacific" in a derogatory manner.

It all started when Sessions bitched and moaned about the fact that a Federal Judge in Hawaii blocked Donald Trump's second Muslim ban. He said according to CNN:

"We are confident that the President will prevail on appeal and particularly in the Supreme Court, if not the Ninth Circuit. So this is a huge matter. I really am amazed that a judge sitting on an island in the Pacific can issue an order that stops the President of the United States from what appears to be clearly his statutory and Constitutional power."

TRUMP LOSES: Federal Judge extends block against Trump's second Muslim ban

Hawaii Federal Judge Derrick Watson extended the block to Donald Trump's second Muslim ban after hearing arguments from the Trump administration in which Department of Justice lawyer Chad Readler asked the Judge to narrow his block to the issuing of visas to people from 6 Muslim countries, and leave the refugee ban in place.

According to The New York Times, Judge Watson refused and responded that the ban on refugees was also motivated by racial bias.

Trump lies about 9-11 in order to justify his racist Muslim ban

In a rally in Kentucky, Donald Trump claimed that his Muslim ban is the only way to stop terrorist attacks such as the ones on 9-11 2001 and Boston.

The problem is, none of the terrorists in those two attacks came from the countries listed in his Muslim ban:

DAY 56: Second Federal Judge blocks Trump's Muslim ban

Early in the morning today it was revealed that a second Federal Judge blocked Donald Trump's illegal Muslim ban, just hours after a Judge in Hawaii blocked the ban.

According to The New York Times, Maryland Judge Theodore D. Chuang was the second Judge to block the Muslim ban after Hawaii Federal Judge Derrick Watson blocked the Muslim ban. Judge Chuang agreed with nonprofit groups who work with refugees and immigrants and ruled that “the effectuation of the proposed Muslim ban” that Mr. Trump pledged to enact as a presidential candidate.

In other words, Judge Chuang called Trump's executive order for what it is; not a "travel", but a Muslim ban.

DAY 55: TRUMP LOSES: Federal Judge blocks Donald Trump's second Muslim ban

A Federal Judge in Hawaii blocked Donald Trump's second Muslim ban hours before the ban was to take effect.

Trump signed the executive order for the second Muslim ban with a 10-year period before going into effect, but several states, including Hawaii, challenged the ban in court.

One of the reasons why the Judge blocked it was because of Rudulph Giuliani's admission on Fox News that Trump asked him to find a legal way to have a Muslim ban.

Federal Judge blocks Trump's new Muslim ban

A federal Judge temporarily blocked Donald Trump's new Muslim ban less than a week after Trump signed the executive banning refugees from six Muslim countries for 120 days.

According to The Guardian, the block came after a man who is a Syrian refugee living in Wisconsin filed a second complaint against the Muslim ban, as the ban violated his freedom of religion and right of due process by keeping his family currently living in Aleppo, Syria, from getting a visa to escape from the violence-thorn country.

DAY 46: Donald Trump signs Muslim Ban 2.0 and it still is illegal

Probably as a desperate attempt to weasel himself out of having to admit he lied when he said Barack Obama wiretapped him, Donald Trump signed today in private his new Muslim ban, which he had originally schedulled for later in the week.

The new Muslim ban is still illegal, as it targets only Muslim countries on the basis of religion. However, in a clear defeat to his original racist intentions, Trump made changes.

First of all, Iraq is off the ban. Supposedly because of more cooperation with the Iraqi government. Second, the ban will be implemented within the next 10 days, contradicting Trump's original justification for his Muslim ban that had he waited, the "bad dudes" would've entered the country during the waiting time.

Trump lies about refugees from Muslim countries and attacks them with FAKE NEWS

Since Donald Trump LOST after an Appeals Court blocked his Muslim ban, now he's continuing his tantrum by attacking refugees from Muslim countries by suggesting they are "dangerous", even though there is no evidence supporting that claim:

DAY 22: DUMB: Trump attacks block of Muslim ban with post from author who SUPPORTS ruling

This is just plain dumb.

According to Politico, Apparently this morning Donald Trump saw MSNBC's Morning Joe, where a post from a blog called Lawfare criticizing the Appeals Court's ruling was mentioned. Then Trump tweeted this:
