TRUMP LOSES: Federal Judge blocks Donald Trump's Muslim ban 3.0

Hours before going into effect, a Federal Judge in Hawaii blocked Donald Trump's third attempt at a Muslim ban.

The Muslim ban was blocked by the same Judge that has blocked Trump's previous version of the ban.

According to The New York Times, Judge Derrick K. Watson pointed out in his decision that the third Muslim ban “suffers from precisely the same maladies as its predecessor.”

In other words, Judge Watson is did not buy Trump's attempt at disguising the ban by adding North Korea and Venezuela into the mix.

This means the ban will once again go to an appeals court and then to the Supreme Court. The court had already accepted to hear the case for the second version of the Muslim ban, but then Trump changed the ban, making the case at the Supreme Court moot.
