Here's one of Donald Trump's tweets this morning after Trump complained about NBC reporting that Trump wanted to increase the US nuclear arsenal by ten times its current size (so much for his "rocket man" taunts to Kim Jong-Un):

DAY 259: Trump bitches and moans about not getting "equal time" on TV

DAY 257: Trump expects the media to verify Tillerson's reports... with Trump

Donald Trump tweeted this today:

Number one, Tillerson denied wanting to resign, but he didn't deny that he called Trump a moron.

DAY 164: Trump sinks to new low tweeting video of him attacking CNN

Donald Trump tweeted a video today showing him attacking CNN in a pretty infantile way:

The Interecept published today the audio of a private fundraiser Donald Trump held at one of his own hotels for his 2020 reelection bid. The audio reveals Trump wants to sue CNN, but he still doesn't have a case to do it.

“It’s a shame what they’ve done to the name CNN, that I can tell you,” Trump went on, riffing on taking the network to court. “But as far as I’m concerned, I love it. If anybody’s a lawyer in the house and thinks I have a good lawsuit — I feel like we do. Wouldn’t that be fun?”

FCC won't act against Stephen Colbert

The FCC will not act against Stephen Colber after a May 1 joke Colbert made saying Donald Trump's mouth served as Vladimir Putin's cock-holster.

DAY 118: Trump asked James Comey to jail reporters who publish leaks

According to The New York Times, Donald Trump asked former FBI Director James Comey to actually jail reporters who published leaked information from the Trump administration. From the NYT article:

During a private meeting in February with the former F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, President Trump floated a proposal that, even by the standards of a leader who routinely advertises his disdain for the news media, brought editors and reporters up short.

You should consider, Mr. Trump told Mr. Comey, jailing journalists who publish classified information.

Reporter gets arrested for asking question about Trumpcare to Tom Price

Because he asked Trump's secretary of Health and Human Services Tom Price if domestic violance counted as a pre-existing condition in Trumpcare, reporter Don Heyman, from Public News Service, was arrested and liberated only after paying a $5,000 bond. Heyman was in public space and never received a warning from the police.

According to The Hill:

According to the criminal complaint by the capitol police, Heyman was "aggressively breaching the secret service agents to the point where the agents were forced to remove him a couple of times from the area walking up the hallway in the main building of the Capitol. The defendant was causing a disturbance by yelling at Ms. Conway and Secretary Price.”

But that was not the description in the capitol police gave of the incident in the report of Heyman's arrest.

Trump administration goes after Stephen Colbert for making a joke against Donald Trump

Last Monday, day 102 of the Trump administration, Stephen Colbert made a joke insulting Donald Trump after Trump insulted CBS's show Face the Nation (Trump called it "Deface the Nation" during an interview for that show). The joke, that got a lot of Trump followers quite butt-hurt, was this referring to Donald Trump:

“The only thing your mouth is good at is being [Russian President] Vladimir Putin’s c—k holster.”

Two days later, after Trump supporters threw a tantrum demanding Colbert to be fired by CBS, Colbert said in regards to the joke:

“I don’t regret [saying] that. I believe, can take care of himself. I have jokes; he has the launch codes. So, it’s a fair fight.”

Well, the FCC said today they will investigate Colbert for obscenity for saying that joke, something the FCC NEVER did when Fox News aired truly obscene comments from Ted Nugent against Hillary Clinton.

AUTHORITARISM: Woman who protested against Jeff Sessions faces time in prison just for laughing

Back on January 10, during Jeff Session's confirmation hearing as Attorney General, a group of protesters were taken out of the room where the confirmation hearing was taking place. Some were arrested. Why? Because one of them, a woman, laughed for 3 seconds when a Senator told Sessions that Sessions had an "extensive record of treating all Americans equally under the law", which is clearly false, as Sessions has been denounced for being a racist even by Coretta Scott King, Martin Luther King Jr.'s widow.

Because of the giggling, the protesters were taken out of the room by the police. But the woman who laughed, Desiree Fairooz, was charged with two counts of "unlawful conduct" on capitol grounds and will be sentenced in June. The punishment could be time in prison.

DAY 78: Trump backs down from seeking Twitter critic's identity

A day after the media revealed that the Trump administration was trying to get the identity of an anonymous Twitter user who is critical of Trump, Trump backed down.

AP reports that as a result, Twitter also withdrew its lawsuit against the Trump administration for First Amendment violations.

DAY 75: Trump Administration is seeking information about a Trump critic on Twitter

So Donald Trump has used Twitter for years to insult people and lie. But today Reuters revealed that Twitter is suing the Trump administration because the Trump administration is asking for information on a Trump critic on Twitter.

Twitter said in a lawsuit on Thursday that it had received a demand from U.S. officials for records that could reveal the user behind an account opposed to President Donald Trump and that it was challenging the demand in court.

The lawsuit over the anonymous account was filed in federal court in San Francisco, where Twitter is based.

DAY 70: Once again Trump lies about changing libel laws

While Donald Trump dedicated most of his tweets today to pick up a fight with the Freedom Caucus (which is basically the Tea Party in the House of Representatives) he also tweeted the following this morning:

Sean Spicer technically admits Donald Trump is a dictator

CNCB social lead Steve Koapck noticed something today: Back in December Sean Spicer claimed that only dictators would prohibit access to the press. But today, Spicer did not allow reporters from The New York Times, CNN and Politico to attend his press briefing:

Oh this is so funny... turns out people at the conservative CPAC conference, where Donald Trump was schedulled to speak, took Russian flags with Trump's last name printed on them. When they detected them, stafferes confiscated the flags.

DAY 14: HYPOCRISY: Trump complains about UC Berkeley protests but his people want to shut free press

Donald Trump tweeted this today:

If U.C. Berkeley does not allow free speech and practices violence on innocent people with a different point of view - NO FEDERAL FUNDS?

The tweet refers to the protests agains Milo Yiannopoulous, a racist, far-right troll (and Breitbart contributor) who got kicked from Twitter for targetting Black actress Leslie Jones with hate speech. He was invited to give a speech at UC Berkeley and the students started peaceful protests against him. However, later during the protests some unidentified poepled acted violently and the university responded by treating the protests as a riot (you know: using tear gas, rubber bullets, that sort of thing). But Yiannopoulous speech was cancelled.
