TRUMP LOSES: Court blocks transgender military ban

A federal court blocked Donald Trump's ban on transgender people in the military.

According to AP:

A federal judge on Monday barred President Donald Trump’s administration from proceeding with plans to exclude transgender people from military service.

U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ruled that the transgender service members who had sued over Trump’s policy were likely to win their lawsuit. She directed a return to the situation that existed before Trump announced his new policy this summer, saying the administration had provided no solid evidence for why a ban should be implemented.

Trump prohibits transgender people in the military apparently to cover his Trumpcare failure

Just when the Republicans were about to fail at voting a simple repeal of Obamacare, Donald Trump tweeted this:

Trump lied about supporting LGBT community; Withdraws rules for transgender rights

Back in June of 2016 Donald Trump tweeted this:

Thank you to the LGBT community! I will fight for you while Hillary brings in more people that will threaten your freedoms and beliefs.

But today, Trump withdrew the rules from the Obama administration that protected transgender bathroom rights in public schools.
