DAY 167: Trump LOSES and tries to justify (again) his failed policy with China

Donald Trump tweeted the following message this morning trying to justify his failed policy with China, which basically was an attempt to make China deal with North Korea instead of Trump having a real policy to contain North Korea:

Trade between China and North Korea grew almost 40% in the first quarter. So much for China working with us - but we had to give it a try!

That is a really stupid way to justify his own failures. Of course China was going to play Donald Trump. He insisted on insulting China time and again during the 2016 campaign. What did Trump expect? China holds the biggest chunk of US debt in the world. Trump had nothing to make China do his dirty work. And China didn't fall for it.

So now that China is basically telling Trump to go fuck himself, Trump tweets this veiled threat for other countries:

The United States made some of the worst Trade Deals in world history.Why should we continue these deals with countries that do not help us?

Those other countries must be laughing out loud. The US gets the most out of helping other countries: world stability, stable oil prices, stable manufacturing. That threat was even dumber than Trump's excuse for being played by China.

And that ultimately reveals that Trump has no real policy against North Korea. But instead of admitting his own incompetence, he's trying to shift the blame on others.
