A poll by Public Policy Polling found that 49% of voters support the impeachment of Donald Trump. 41% do not.

The number represents the all-time high support for impeachment of Trump.

DAY 283: John Kelly justifies Robert E. Lee and thus slavery

Donald Trump's Chief of Staff, John Kelly, justified confederate general -and traitor- Robert E. Lee and, as a result, Kelly also justified slavery.

According to The New York Times, Kelly called Robert E. Lee “an honorable man who gave up his country to fight for his state.” He also claimed that “the lack of an ability to compromise led to the Civil War.”

Which is a monstrous lie.

TRUMP LOSES: Court blocks transgender military ban

A federal court blocked Donald Trump's ban on transgender people in the military.

According to AP:

A federal judge on Monday barred President Donald Trump’s administration from proceeding with plans to exclude transgender people from military service.

U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ruled that the transgender service members who had sued over Trump’s policy were likely to win their lawsuit. She directed a return to the situation that existed before Trump announced his new policy this summer, saying the administration had provided no solid evidence for why a ban should be implemented.

DAY 282: Robert Mueller charges Paul Manafort and George Papadopulos

Special Counserl Robert Mueller charged former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort and Trump's advisor George Papadopoulos as as result of the Russia investigation.

Manafort and his associate Rick Gates were indicted over charges of money laundering and other illegal activities related to foreign businesses. Both have pleaded not guilty.

Much more damaging are the charges against George Papadopuolos, a Trump adviser and campaign aide who was arrested in July for lying to the FBI about his contacts with a Russian professor who offered dirt on Hillary Clinton and tried to set up a meeting with Trump. Papadopoulos pleaded guilty.

DAY 281: Trump throws a desperate tantrum over Russia-gate criminal charges

Donald Trump threw a desperate tantrum this morning over the news that Special Counsel Robert Mueller filed criminal charges over the Russia collusion in vestigation, ending up with a cry of "DO SOMETHING!"

DAY 280: Tourism is losing billions because of Donald Trump

According to Forbes, the tourism industry in the United States is lonsing billions of dollars because of Donald Trump.

This is because of what Forbes calles the "Trump Slump", which is a decrease in tourists to the United States that began roughly a week after Trump took office.

Guess what triggered the "Trump Slump"? According to Forbes:

Robert Mueller files the first criminal charges in the Russia investigation

According to CNN, Special Counsel Robert Mueller filed the first criminal charges in the investigation of collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign.

DAY 279: Russian lawyer who met with Trump Jr. used Kremlin information

Even though Russian lawyer Natalia Vaselnitskaya denied working with the Kremlin when she met with Donald Trump Jr and Jared Kushener, new evidence reveals she used Kremlin information and even copied it verbatim. According to The New York Times:

...interviews and records show that in the months before the meeting, Ms. Veselnitskaya had discussed the allegations with one of Russia’s most powerful officials, the prosecutor general, Yuri Y. Chaika. And the memo she brought with her closely followed a document that Mr. Chaika’s office had given to an American congressman two months earlier, incorporating some paragraphs verbatim.

It also suggests that emails from an intermediary to the younger Mr. Trump promising that Ms. Veselnitskaya would arrive with information from Russian prosecutors were rooted at least partly in fact — not mere “puffery,” as the president’s son later said.

DAY 278: Trump lied: He didn't allow the release of all JFK secret documents

Donald Trump boasted several times on Twitter that HE would allow the release of the remaining classified JFK assassination documents today, even though the documents were schedulled to be released since 1992 anyway.

Turns out Trump lied. According to CNN, only 2,800 records were released and Trump ordered the rest NOT to be released.

The excuse for this is downright dumb. According to the CNN article:

Trump screws over chicken farmers; Now they can't sue against abusive corporations

Yesterday the Republicans in the Senate voted against allowing consumers the right to sue banks and financial companies over predatory practices. Today, the Trump administration did the same, but to chicken farmers.

Trump's Department of Agriculture revoked a rule set by the Obama administration that would've given chicken farmers the means to sue the big poultry corporations, such as Purdue, over unfair practices in their contract programs. In other words, Trump just screw over the same farmers he claimed he was going to defend.

DAY 277: Trump's approval sinks to 38% on Fox News

Donald Trump has been giving interviews to Fox News with quite a bit of frequence lately. Obviously because they kiss his ass and they don't ask tough questions. And as a result Fox News is the only news outlet Trump has not called "fake news."

Well, guess what? The latest Fox News poll shows Trump sunk to 38% approval even though he was at 42% last month.

DAY 276: Two Republican Senators openly oppose Trump

Two Republican Senators are now openly opposing Donald Trump. First, Senator Bob Corker responded Trump's infantile attacks against him on Twitter, basically calling Trump a liar:

DAY 275: Widow of Sgt. La David Johnson confirms Trump was offensive to her

After Donald Trump and John Kelly denied the version that Donald Trump was offensive to the widow of Sgt. La David Johnson, she confirmed on national television that Trump was indeed offensive by saying "he knew what he signed up for" and by not even remembering his name:

These are John McCain's exact words regarding the Vietnam draft during an interview released today:

"we drafted lowest income level. highest income found a doctor to say they had a bone spur"

DAY 274: Trump lies about Politico poll on fake news

Donald Trump tweeted this today:

It is finally sinking through. 46% OF PEOPLE BELIEVE MAJOR NATIONAL NEWS ORGS FABRICATE STORIES ABOUT ME. FAKE NEWS, even worse! Lost cred.

Which is a gross distortion of what the Politico poll reported. Or, to say it simply, a lie.

DAY 273: Trump lies about media coverage of the 2016 elections

Because of the fact that evidence shows Russia spent a lot of money on Facebook ads to promote Donald Trump, and Trump can't deny it, now he's trying to minimize it by saying the news media spent billions on fake news:

But that's another one of Trump's lies. There were no fake reports on the media against Trump. And in fact, the major networks gave Trump far more coverage than to Hillary Clinton.

Trump leaked White House information to his daughter in-law

During an interview, Donald Trump's daughter in-law, Lara Trump, claimed she had read a White House transcript of Trump's call to the widow of a fallen soldier. There's only one problem: She does NOT work at the White House (neither does her husband Eric Trump) and the transcript is NOT public. Which means Trump is leaking information to people who should not be getting it:

DAY 272: Trump lies about crime in the UK, blaming Islamic terrorism

Donald Trump tweeted this today:

Just out report: "United Kingdom crime rises 13% annually amid spread of Radical Islamic terror." Not good, we must keep America safe!

But that's a lie. There is no crime increase in the United Kingdom. And in fact, there's an actual DROP in terrorism in the UK.

DAY 271: Trump pushes fake news on Russia that have been long debunked

Apparently in yet another attempt to claim he didn't collude with Russia -even though he is being investigated by Special Counsel Robert Mueller precisely for collusion with Russia- Donald Trump tweeted this:

Uranium deal to Russia, with Clinton help and Obama Administration knowledge, is the biggest story that Fake Media doesn't want to follow!

DAY 270: Trump disrespected family of fallen soldier

After Trump attacked Barack Obama for no calling his Chief of Staff, John Kelly, after his son died in Afghanistan, Trump called the wife of a fallen soldier... and he disrespected her.

According to The Atlantic, Florida Representative Frederica Wilson was present during the call and this is her account:

“He said, ‘Well, I guess you knew’—something to the effect that ‘he knew what he was getting into when he signed up, but I guess it hurts anyway.’ You know, just matter-of-factly, that this is what happens, anyone who is signing up for military duty is signing up to die. That’s the way we interpreted it. It was horrible. It was insensitive. It was absolutely crazy, unnecessary. I was livid.”

TRUMP LOSES: Federal Judge blocks Donald Trump's Muslim ban 3.0

Hours before going into effect, a Federal Judge in Hawaii blocked Donald Trump's third attempt at a Muslim ban.

The Muslim ban was blocked by the same Judge that has blocked Trump's previous version of the ban.

DAY 269: Trump uses Obama as scapegoat for his own failures

Donald Trump tried to justify the fact that he has not called the families of dead American soldiers by saying Barack Obama didn't call John Kelly about his son dying in Afghanistan in 2010.

The issue came up yesterday, when Trump said Obama didn't always call the families of fallen troops. But when Trump was confronted with the fact that Obama did call the familes of fallen Troops, Trump said this:

DAY 268: Once again Trump brags about non-achievements in the stock market

Once again Donald Trump brags about non-achievements in the stock market, claiming the increase in the stock market is the result of being elected president. It isn't:

The U.S. has gained more than 5.2 trillion dollars in Stock Market Value since Election Day! Also, record business enthusiasm.

DAY 267: Susan Collins opposes Trump's plan against Obamacare

Trump has spent $1.1 million in legal fees because of Russia investigation

Donald Trump has spent $1.1 million dollars in legal fees because of the Russia investigation. And he's using his campaign funds to pay the legal fees. According to The New York Times, that amounts to over 25% of his campaign funds (meaning the people who donate to his campaign are paying for his lawyers instead of him paying out of his own pocket).

Not only that, but Trump increased the amount of money spent as the investigation also escalated.

DAY 266: Trump takes credit for HURTING stock prices

Remember how Trump is constantly bragging about the stock market being up because of him (which is a lie, of course)? Well, here's Trump bragging about him HURTING stock prices:

DAY 265: Trump messes up his own Iran policy

So today Donald Trump did some posturing insulting Iran just to say he would not certify the Iran deal that was reached during the Obama administration, thus tossing it to Congress so they decide if they terminate it or not.

The thing is, according to The New York Times, that's not what the White House wanted:

Mr. Trump, in declaring his intention not to certify Iran’s compliance with the deal, essentially kicked to Congress a decision about whether to reimpose sanctions on Iran and blow up the agreement. His aides, however, insisted that was not the goal, and that they instead wanted Congress to enact legislation defining what would incite the United States to reimpose sanctions.

DAY 264: Trump signs executive order allowing the sale of crappy insurance and withdraws from UNESCO

In what it looks like a desperate attempt at undermining Obamacare, Donald Trump signed an executive order today intended to allow the sale of crappy insurance policies that are cheaper, but cover very little and can cause actual insurance coverage's premiums to go up.

According to The New York Times, the executive order would allow employers to band together and buy limited insurance plans for workers, thus reducing cost for employers, but giving employees inadequate health coverage.

Trump still has not implemented sanctions against Russia

Because of the fact that Donald Trump has not implemented the sanctions against Russia that Congress passed and Trump signed into law on August 2, two Senators, including John McCain, sent a letter to Trump asking him why:

After Donald Trump claimed twice that he would not get any benefit from his tax plan proposal, which is clearly a lie, he finally admitted that he would benefit from it, but claiming that "everyone" would benefit. Which is also a lie.

DAY 262: Trump's approval falls in every single state, but he keeps on lying

According to Morning Consult, Donald Trump's approval among voters fell in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. From the Morning Consult report:

Fewer than nine months into President Donald Trump’s White House tenure, a Morning Consult survey in all 50 states indicates that voters have grown bearish on his performance in office.

Trump has failed to improve his standing among the public anywhere — including the states he won handily as the Republican nominee during the 2016 presidential election, according to the online survey, which was based on interviews of 472,032 registered voters across each state and Washington, D.C., from Trump’s Jan. 20 inauguration to Sept. 26.

DAY 261: While people died in California because of fires, Trump played golf

At least 11 people have died, 1,500 structures have been damaged, 5,000 homes have been evacuated, and 100,000 acres have been burnt in northern California because of more than 15 fires in the area, forcing Governor Jerry Brown to declare a state of emergency in three counties.

But what did Donald Trump do today? He went to play golf with Lindsay Graham.

DAY 260: Trump conditions not deporting dreamers to building wall and turning away refugees

This is as despicable as it gets; the Trump White House is telling Congress that any deal to approve legislation to allow the Dreamers to stay in the US will be conditioned to Congress approving the construction of the border wall and to turning away children from Central America seeking refugee status because they are running away from gang violence.

According to The New York Times, that will the be only way Trump will agree to not deport the Dreamers.

DAY 259: Trump bitches and moans about not getting "equal time" on TV

Here two tweets from Donald Trump this morning asking late night comedians and TV for "equal time":

DAY 258: Trump's Defense Secretary just told the Taliban his Afghanistan plans

Remember how Donald Trump bitched and moaned during the campaign that there was no "element of surprise" in the US military strategies in the Middle East and elsewhere? Well guess what? Trump's Defense Secretary Jim Mattis just told the Taliban -and the rest of the world- his Afhganistan strategy.

You see, Mattis was asked by Congress to provide more details about his Afghanistan plans. Mattis told them, but the plans he told them had not yet been ordered to the military, meaning the Taliban now knows what Mattis has in mind. Thus ending the element of surprise.

DAY 257: Trump expects the media to verify Tillerson's reports... with Trump

Donald Trump tweeted this today:

Rex Tillerson never threatened to resign. This is Fake News put out by @NBCNews. Low news and reporting standards. No verification from me.

Number one, Tillerson denied wanting to resign, but he didn't deny that he called Trump a moron.

DAY 256: Rex Tillerson didn't deny he called Donald Trump a "moron"

This morning NBC reported that Donald Trump's secretary of state, Rex Tillerson, had inteded to resign because of his frustration with Trump, to him, the report says, even called a "moron."

Hours later, Tillerson denied he had intended to resign or that he had consulted with Vice President Mike Pence on the matter. BUT... Tillerson did not deny he called Trump a "moron." From The New York Times:

TRUMP LOSES: Despite his attacks on the media, now more people trust the media

According to Reuters, a new poll shows that the amount of Americans who trust the media increased from 39% in November of 2016, to 48% in September of 2017.

In the same period, the percent of Americans who did not trust the media dropped from 51% to 45% in the same period.

DAY 255: Trump claims 16 deaths in Puerto Rico is not a real catastrophe

No only Donald Trump attacked Puerto Rico, blaming them for their budget problems, he also said the wreck left by hurricane Maria is not a "real catastrophe" like Katrina. He said that even though 16 people died and over half the population does not have access to drinking water.

DAY 254: Trump refuses to debate gun control after deadly Las Vegas mass shooting

After the Las Vegas mass shooting that left 58 people dead and over 500 injured, making it the worst mass shooting in America's modern history, Donald Trump's administration refused to talk about gun control.

Accordin to AP:

White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders says the day after the deadliest mass shooting in the nation’s history is not the time to renew a debate over gun control.

Sanders was asked Monday during the press briefing that there is a “time and place” for a debate but that is “not the place we’re in at this moment.”

DAY 253: Trump claims he's doing a great job in Puerto Rico but it's actually getting worse
