DAY 269: Trump uses Obama as scapegoat for his own failures

Donald Trump tried to justify the fact that he has not called the families of dead American soldiers by saying Barack Obama didn't call John Kelly about his son dying in Afghanistan in 2010.

The issue came up yesterday, when Trump said Obama didn't always call the families of fallen troops. But when Trump was confronted with the fact that Obama did call the familes of fallen Troops, Trump said this:

Today the New York Times published an article about the fact that a group of former Trump aides will try to register to vote and find potential voters in rural areas of the United States.

This wouldn't be such a big deal if it wasn't for the following two paragraphs:

DAY 109: Barack Obama warned Donald Trump about Michael Flynn but Trump hired him anyway

Former White House officials revealed that President Barack Obama actually warned Donald Trump about Michael Flynn in their first meeting two days after the 2016 election.

According to The New York Times:

"Mr. Obama, who had fired Mr. Flynn as the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, told Mr. Trump that he would have profound concerns about Mr. Flynn becoming a top national security aide, said the administration officials, who were briefed on the Oval Office conversation. Mr. Trump later ignored the advice, naming Mr. Flynn to be his national security adviser."

And that's not all. Sean Spicer admitted the leak was true, saying in today's press conference that Obama “wasn’t exactly a fan of General Flynn’s.”

Donald Trump blames Obama for Assad's chemical attack on Syrian people, but Trump sided with Assad

The big news today was the fact that Bashad al-Assad's regime in Syria used chemical weapons to attack the rebel-held town of Khan Sheikhoun, killing at least 58 people, including 11 children.

The Trump administration had no choice but to blame Assad for the attack, but it also blamed Barack Obama, claiming the attacked was the result of Obama's "weakness."

Except that's false, as Obama opposed to Assad regime, while Trump not only praised Assad, but his administration changed its policy towards Syria, withdrawing US opposition against Assad, a favorite of Vladimir Putin.

DAY 47: Trump starts his day lying about Gitmo

This is the first thing Trump tweeted today, accusing Barack Obama of releasing 122 Guantanamo Bay detainees:

122 vicious prisoners, released by the Obama Administration from Gitmo, have returned to the battlefield. Just another terrible decision!

The accusation is a lie. The vast majority of the released prisoners were released by the Bush administration.

DAY 45: Trump asks Congress to investigate Obama based on Trump's lie about Obama; He gets immediatly debunked

After Trump accused Barack Obama without evidence (which means Trump LIED) that he ordered a wiretap on Trump, and after Trump got universaly debunked, now Trump tried to weasel himself out of it by asking Congress to investigate Trump's false claims of wiretapping and by saying the White House will not comment on Trump's accusation until Congress starts an investigation.

In other words, Trump is saying he won't talk about his LIE against Obama until Congress investigates... Trump's own lie.

DAY 44: Donald Trump lies by accusing Obama of spying on him

Out of nowhere, this morning Donald Trump posted several tweets claiming president Barack Obama ordered a Watergate-style wiretap on him, which is false. These are two of the tweets:

Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my "wires tapped" in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!

DAY 27: Clearly desperate, Trump misleads about Obama and Russia and contradicts himself

After The New York Times published last night that US intelligence caught Trump's presidential campaign talking to Russian intelligence, Trump went on to Twitter to throw a tantrum. He said:

The fake news media is going crazy with their conspiracy theories and blind hatred. @MSNBC & @CNN are unwatchable. @foxandfriends is great!

So which one is it? Fake news or true information given to the media "illegally"?

But there's more. Then Trump said:

Trump loses again: President Barack Obama debunks his Muslim ban's excuse

After Donald Trump pretended to justify his Muslim ban by claiming Barack Obama had had identified the 7 Muslin countries in his list as souces of terrorism, President Barack Obama responded by debunking Trump.

According to The Washington Post, in a statement, President Obama's spokesperson said:

“With regard to comparisons to President Obama’s foreign policy decisions, as we’ve heard before, the President fundamentally disagrees with the notion of discriminating against individuals because of their faith or religion.”
