Again; that's a LIE. And AP debunked the claim Trump made that the new Trumpcare covers pre-existing conditions:

Trump insists in a tweet that the bill covers pre-existing conditions, a point also made by Cassidy, a sponsor of the legislation. But there’s a catch. It allows states to get a waiver from “Obamacare” requirements that insurers charge the same to people with health problems as they do to healthy people.
The potential result: unaffordable premiums for those in poor health.
In other words, the new Trumpcare allows states to not cover pre-existing conditions.
And you can bet a whole bunch of Republican states will waiver the pre-existing conditions.
That is why 36 million Americans will be thrown out of helthcare if the new Trumpcare passes.
Why is Trump trying to pass Trumpcare again? Because he's sinking in the polls and he thinks this will save him from sinking completely with his supporters.
In other words, YOU are at risk of losing healthcare because of Trump's ego.
