DAY 232: Trump's White House tweets fake news about hurricane Irma

Donald Trump's director of social media, tweeted an image he claimed showed the Miami airport being flooded because of hurricane Irma, to which the Miami International Airport responded:

This video is not from Miami International Airport.

That should've been enough to leave the issue at that, but then Dan Scavino, Trump's social media director, responded with this:

Thank you. It was among 100s of videos/pics I am receiving re: Irma from public. In trying to notify all, I shared - have deleted. Be safe!

So let me get this straight: The Trump administration doesn't even bother to check if what they're retweeting is accurate or not. And they have the nerve to call the media "fake news"?
