DAY 237: Theresa May politely tells Trump he's an idiot over tweet on London incident

After an incident treated as a terrorist attack in London, Donald Trump tweeted this:

To which the UK's Prime Minister, Theresa May, responded to Trump with a polite "shut up, you idiot." Here's what she said:

“I never think it’s helpful for anybody to speculate on what is an ongoing investigation.”

And there's the video in case you want to see it.

In other words, Theresa May is basically telling Trump to shut up because he doesn't know shit.

In other words... the usual...

By the way; Trump is claiming that he did more against ISIS in 8 months than Obama in years:

Well, guess what?

That's right. Trump pulled surveillance on ISIS at Russia's request. Here's what The Hill published about it:

Surveillance aircraft that were monitoring an Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) convoy stuck in the desert in eastern Syria have left the area at the request of Russian officials, the U.S.-led coalition said Friday.

“To ensure safe de-confliction of efforts to defeat ISIS, coalition surveillance aircraft departed the adjacent airspace at the request of Russian officials during their assault on Dawyr Az Zawyr,” the coalition said in a statement.

Oh really? How exactly does pullin surveillance "ensure safe de-confliction"? Because The Hill also says this:

The convoy showdown began last month, when ISIS struck a deal with the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah — a chief ally of the Syrian government — for safe passage from an area near the Syrian border with Lebanon to ISIS-held territory in eastern Syria bordering Iraq. To get there, the original 17-bus convoy planned to travel through Syrian government-controlled territory.

The U.S.-led coalition, intent on making sure the convoy did not make it to the Iraqi border and link up with other ISIS fighters, cratered the road and destroyed a bridge with airstrikes. That forced six buses to turn back to Palmyra, a Syrian government-controlled city, and stranded the remaining 11.

So let me get this straight: Syria agreed to let ISIS terrorists go to Iraq. They got stuck in the desert. And then Syria, who is an ally of Vladimir Putin, asked Russia to ask Trump to pull its surveillance away.

And Trump obediently did it even though the US military does NOT want the terrorists in Iraq.

Is that part of the "progress" Trump claims he has made on ISIS in 8 months?
