What is a "cofefe"?
Most likely he was trying to write "coverage", but tweted "covfefe" instead. And apparently, nobody in his staff bothered to tell him he had made a mistake.
That's how terrible the Trump administration is. When he makes mistakes, nobody even tries to corect him.
