Trump's EPA director Scott Pruitt, by the way, has also dodged the question.
Here's the thing: if climate change were a hoax, as Trump has claimed, he and his staff would simply say it is a hoax. But since it isn't, Trump is dodging the question because he knows he's going to get slammed by liberals and many conservatives about it.
In other words, Trump is lying by not answering the question.
