Judge halts part of Trump's muslim ban; It's a matter of time before it's found inconstitutional

According to The New York Times, a federal judge halted part of Donald Trump's executive order banning the entrance of refugees and even legal permanent US residents from muslim contries, prohibiting the federal government from sending them back to their countries of origin after being detained at different airports in the United States because of Trump's order.

The judge did not rule on the legality or the constituionality of Trump's order, but she did say that if the immigrants were not released, then the lawyers for the immigrants can come back to her court and argue their case.

Which means it is just a matter of time before Trump's order is halted in full by the judicial branch for being unconstitutional, since Trunp's order does not stop terrorism and it doesn't apply countries where actual terrorists operating in the United States have came from.
