VIDEO: Trump lied: Rudy Giuliani says ON TAPE Donald Trump ordered a MUSLIM BAN

Because of the fact that his Muslim ban is unconstitutional (as it violates the separation of church and state in the First Amendment of the Constitution by applying an executive order based on religion), Donald Trump released a written statement claiming his muslim ban isn't a Muslim ban (and, of course, he blames the media). According to The New York Times:

With thousands of protesters marching outside the White House and thronging the streets of Washington and other cities, Mr. Trump late Sunday defended his order. “To be clear, this is not a Muslim ban, as the media is falsely reporting,” he said in a written statement. “This is not about religion — this is about terror and keeping our country safe.”

But guess what? Rudy Giuliani, who is an adviser to Trump, told Fox News Trump ASKED him specifically for a way to do a MUSLIM BAN "legally". Here's the video. Jump to minuto 3:18:

Here's what Giuliani said verbatim:

I'll tell you the whole story of it! So, when [Trump] first announced it, he said "Muslim ban." He called me up. He said, "put a commission together. Show me the right way to do it legally." I put a commission together with Judge [Mike] Mukasey, with Congressman [Mike] McCaul, [Rep.] Pete King; whole group of very expert lawyers on this. And what we did was, we focused on --instead of religion, danger! The areas of the world that create danger for us! Which is a factual basis, not a religious basis. Perfectly legal. perfectly sensible. And that's what the ban is based on.

So there you have it. Trump did order a Mislim ban. And now he's lying about it.

Even worse; NONE of the immigrants from the countries he banned have EVER attacked ANYONE in the United States.

On the other hand, terrorists from Saudi Arabia HAVE attacked the United States, starting with the 9-11 terrorists.

But guess what? Trump has a golf course in Saudi Arabia. And guess what would happen if he banned Saudi Arabia from entering the United States? That's right: economic retaliation. Oh, and yes: No more Saudi oil for America.

This about religion. But Trump did only agains the weakest links. He picked countries he has no personal economic interests in. And now, a whole bunch of innocent people who pose NO DANGER to the United States are being treated like criminals.

And since now federal judges are about to declare the ban unconstitutional, Trump is lying about it in a very insulting attempt at trying to avoid having his executive order overturned for violating the constitution.

Now consider this: if Trump didn't care if he was violating the Constitution one week into office, imagen what he could do to YOUR constitutional rights over the course of 4 years.

PS: Trump also pretended to blame the ban on Barack Obama by saying that the Obama administration identified the 7 countries in his Muslim ban as sources of terrorism. But that's a LIE. Obama NEVER said those countries were sources of terrorists INSIDE the United States. That is exactly why he NEVER implemented a Muslim ban and, instead, allowed refugees to reach the US.
