But for most of 2016, after President Barack Obama nominated Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court, the Republicans blocked Garland's nomination.
And Trump never complained about that.
So when the Republicans block a nomination, Trump has no problem. When the Democrats do, then "D.C. doesn't work."
That is called hypocrisy.
