Trump cuts funding to Obamacare enrollment promotion by 90%

According to The New York Times, the Trump administration cut the budget for promoting enrollment in the Affordable Care Act by 90%.

From a 2016 budget of $100 million dollars, Trump will cut it down to $10 million.

The Trump administration claims there are fewer people enrolling the ACA, but Trump actually cut the budget for the enrollment period as soon as he took office, meaning Trump is actually responsible for at least some of the drop in coverage.

The measure actually follows Trump's failure at repealing and replacing the health law, thus turning the budget cut into a case of sabotage against the ACA.

Or in other words, this is a case of Trump being an asshole for the sake of being an asshole.
