Meeting with “Chuck and Nancy” today about keeping government open and working. Problem is they want illegal immigrants flooding into our Country unchecked, are weak on Crime and want to substantially RAISE Taxes. I don’t see a deal!

The claim is false. The Democrats are not proposing a tax increase or to accept illegal immigrants. What the Democrats are OPPOSING is this:
1. Trump's tax cuts for the rich.
2. Funding the useless border wall.
What's truly irresponsible is the fact that Trump is pretty much saying he won't back down from the tax cuts for the rich and the border wall, thus forcing a government shutdown.
In other words, Trump is willing to have a government shutdown just because he didn't get away with his damaging and racist campaign promises.
